The Way I Set Up the Day

What are your morning rituals? What does the first hour of your day look like?

I am in the process of redesigning my morning routine. So far it’s been extremely helpful. (Keeping this short because I want to do a full-on blogpost. Today is my first official launch, so don’t want to take from it.)

I usually snooze once or twice, then I turn on my happy light and pray. I then listen to a morning worship. Using the happy light for 15-30 minutes gives me “vitamin d” needed to feel awake as it’s still dark in the mornings.

As some point, I go to the bathroom in that 15-30 minutes and turn on my diffuser and take my capsules.

The rest looks like this: workout, shower, tap, journal, ready my daily text, and read my Bible. The last thing is to make breakfast.

A key to getting through that in an effective way is to not use my phone unless the apps are directly related to my morning routine.
