Coaching

What job would you do for free?

This is when you know something is your passion. You will do it to get paid or when you don’t.

How did I come to this conclusion?

I actually coached people for years and didn’t realize that’s what I was doing. It brought me so much joy to help people with their schedules and to decrease overwhelm when life got crazy for them. It all started when I was doing my ministry work. It took a lot of scheduling with my Bible studies, meeting schedule, and my work schedule. Attaining 70 hours per month while working part time definitely took scheduling.

But then as others wanted to devote their time to the ministry, I enjoyed helping them. This required them to meet 84o hours in a year. If you missed the 70 hours in one month, you could increase the time over the next month or more. In addition to helping them create the 70 hours in amongst life, I helped them learn how to spread the missed time out into less where it’s not as overwhelming to achieve.

That has been an integral part of my self-coaching and with my clients. I actually do love this so much, that in my business I choose one person to provide my services to pro bono. It is a way to give back and to see someone grow where they have struggled in their life or their business. It’s absolutely beautiful.

I could go on, but it would take longer than I have time to share.

I really appreciate all of you who are here on this blog.

Xoxo,

Keosha
