When it Doesn’t Feel Like Exercise

What’s the most fun way to exercise?

Anytime I can burn some calories and it doesn’t feel like exercise to me is the most fun. I enjoy hiking, walking, roller skating, ice skating.

That’s so much fun to me, but it doesn’t feel like work.

Now don’t get me wrong, I can’t always do those types of exercise, so it’s normal stuff. But what makes it really fun for me is the music that I listen to. That helps a lot, especially on the days that I don’t want to.
