Meet Neilsa: The Heart Behind the Diary Entries

A woman writing in her diary about her life

Some names hold weight, not just in letters but in love, in presence, in what could have been. Neilsa is one of those names for me. She was my cousin, my almost-life-long companion, the person I never got to meet. She was stillborn, but in another reality, she’d be right here—probably laughing with me, supporting me, and maybe even running this business with me.

That’s why I’ve decided to keep her with me in a way that feels right. When you see diary entries signed with “Neilsa,” know that they are a mix of real stories, emotions, and insights—some from my own experiences, some from my clients, and some inspired by the women I support. They capture the struggles and wins of ADHD, emotional regulation, and finding peace in productivity.

In many ways, Neilsa represents the inner voice we all have—the one that processes life, questions things, and searches for balance. I hope her words feel like a conversation with a friend, a safe space to feel seen and understood.

Some entries may be deeply personal, some may reflect the journeys of my clients, and others will be a blend of shared experiences. But all of them will be honest, real, and written with heart.

So, welcome to this part of my world. Neilsa is here, and she has stories to tell.
