Stepping Into The Mindfully Productive Era

Hello and welcome to The Mindfully Productive Era.

My name is Keosha Jones-your blogger, holistic productivity coach, and friend. I am so excited to be here and to have you here. 

As usual, loving a specialty coffee.

So how did this get started?

I began writing on a regular basis on Instagram in a Broadcast Channel called A Day in the LIfe of Keosha. At the time I was going through a major depression and my personal productivity was at an all-time low. I used that channel to share what I was doing to help myself each day. Then I also used it to encourage others. 

After a while, I decided to monetize it on Patreon. Once I began to do therapy and take medication, my ability to function better began to come back, as well as my creativity. Writing has been something I have enjoyed, but I didn’t realize I liked it this much. Social media became hard for me, so blogging was only the most natural step to take. So here we are at The Mindfully Productive Era.

My goals for this blog are to help you be the most productive you can be. I want you to be able to accept how your brain works, create habits that allow you meet your goals, and how I can help you to do so while working with me in various forms, especially 1:1 in my Private Coaching Program, Mindfully Productive: Taking Purposeful Action to Balance Your Brain, Habits, and Focus.

A little about me:

I am a complete sucker for almost anything pink.

I love nature and camping is one of my favorite things to do in it, well, besides the beach.

I have volunteered to help people learn about the Bible full-time for the last 18 years. 

And I keep I real!
