Why do you blog?
Social media is a place where so many things happen, including marketing for business. I spent the better part of three and a half years selling my coaching services online. It was great, until it wasn’t lol.
I got tired of constantly having to produce micro content packed full of value to have people invest in themselves and in me. It was hard to keep up with. Also, I was dealing with depression, so that made content and creativity even harder. But I knew I could write long form.
I’ve always enjoyed writing, not just stories, but the physical act of writing. It grounds me, puts my thoughts in perspective and order, and allows me to express what I can’t always get out verbally.
Backstory: Early in my business I said I wanted to write, to be an author even, but as you know things progress in their own time. And now is the time to write.
I blog to share my life and how I navigate ADHD while promoting my services for those beautiful women like me who want to be productive but have been or are struggling. It allows me to show them the ins and outs of my journey of imperfections, procrastination and success through it all. It lets the them know I’m the right coach for them. Plus, writing is a creative outlet for me!
Blogging is a beautiful way to share, engage, encourage, and promote acceptance, self-compassion, and awareness around ADHD.
So stick around as I start back up again by completing the at least three unfinished blogs (ADHD at its finest 🤭 ).
