It’s about 2:30 pm and I’m just about to eat lunch. The productivity train started off well! I didn’t use my phone for anything other than my morning routine and that was BLISSFUL! 🩷

I was able to complete and proof a presentation that I’m doing in person (eek 😬) on Thursday. I’m more excited than nervous since I got great feedback from the supervisor who requested my services.
Then, then I started checking my phone. My train got derailed lol. It’s like as soon as I used it my brain went to pot.
What did I do?
I started taking breaks. Previously I used the cube timer for 15 minutes. I started to implement it again (not as successfully) but it worked. I took a walk. Called my mom. Things that weren’t related to business.
Then I started again. It seemed like it took forever to decide how I wanted my freebie to be developed. I would get an idea then it would absolutely not be what I wanted.
Stepping away is the best thing when not being able to decide. I had a fresh perspective and got back on it.
Where are we now?
Back to lunch…I went shopping yesterday and got a ton of food. I even have a meal plan…did I prep? Nope. But I need to eat something! The amount of decisions and brain switches messed me up. I couldn’t decide if I wanted quinoa or rice. I didn’t really want either, so I have done a mixture.
I’ll be having spring mix with the grain mix, corn, black beans, and feta. Super quick and easy.
This is probably an all over the place read, just like my head today and that’s alright.
Hope you’ve enjoyed this little bit of A Day in the Life of Keosha.
Love ya!
